After I bought the first container of this product, I have been hooked every since. I cannot sing enough praise for this product. I even flavor my water with lemon sometimes. Duh.Highly recommended.
In fact, this company gives out wonderful recipes (I've tried some, and they are awesome).There's nothing better than ice cold lemonade.This company also makes Real Lime and Real Orange, which are equally as awesome.There's only one thing this product can't do: I love to eat fresh lemons. Even though I keep True Lemon around for recipes and flavorings, I cannot eat it like I can a fresh lemon. True Lemon can be used whenever lemons are required. But this is one dehydrated product that matches its fresh counterpart.There are many wonderful recipes that require lemons.
But, there are NO chemicals or additives. I do not like processed or dehydrated anything. I am a lemon lover; I love to flavor my foods with lemon: salads, pasta, broccoli, just to name a few. There are so many things I can do with it.I was also reluctant at first, because I prefer my foods fresh if possible.

But it's a GREAT product. But it's great in water, mayonnaise and all kinds of other stuff. Note: it doesn't dissolve completely in cold/warm water -- you have to keep stirring. This is a great product. I recommend it. It has to be mixed with something. I use this when I don't have a lemon or don't want to cut a lemon. Straight on, say, salmon won't taste good -- in my opinion.
great product. Plus there is no calories, artificial sweeteners or any thing bad. I don't care for the orange flavor. I was surprised by this product. It tastes like real lemon.
Tastes good though, and they are very convenient when you want a flavored water. It seems very contradictory. I really like all the "true" products - lemon, lime, and orange, but the package clearly says "All natural, no sweetners" yet the first ingredient is dextrose. I don't get it.
Very happy with this product, wish it was sold locally. The small packets fit easily in my pocket, or wallet, no having to lug a purse. This is so much simpler then harrassing seafood watresses for lemons. And taste so very much better then the real lemon concentrate I was using in my water at home.
